Shipping

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping time: Delivery generally takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
  • Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • To start a return, email us at support@chrisiaco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no return shipping required.
